Customer Care

Email: Support@filouraofficial.com

We aim to respond to all customer inquiries within 1–2 business days. During holidays, launches, or especially busy periods, responses may take a little longer, and we appreciate your patience.

Questions About an Order?

If you’re contacting us about an existing order, please include your:

Order number
Full name used on the order
Email address used at checkout

Including these details will help us locate your order and assist you more quickly.

Product & Collection Questions

Because many of our textile pieces are handcrafted and hand block printed, slight variations in print placement, color, and pattern may naturally occur. These subtle differences are part of the beauty of traditional craftsmanship and make each piece uniquely yours.

If you have questions about a product’s size, fabric, care instructions, color, availability, or craftsmanship, we’ll be happy to help before or after your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

For questions regarding a return, exchange, damaged item, or another order concern, please contact our customer care team and include your order details along with a brief description of the issue.

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete information regarding eligibility, timeframes, and return requirements.
